Hi, I’m Nicola.

Smugglers Cove is co-hosted by myself and my daughter, Natarsha. Together, we manage bookings and guest communication.

Being family-run allows us to stay closely involved and responsive, while ensuring the home is consistently well maintained and thoughtfully presented for each guest.

Our home has been set up with real guests in mind: families, couples, and travellers who want a relaxed base to enjoy Esperance without unnecessary complexity. From clear communication and straightforward booking, to a clean, well-maintained space and local insights when you need them, my aim is to make your stay easy and stress-free.

I don’t believe in over-promising. What I do believe in is providing a well-cared-for home, honest information, and responsive support if something comes up during your stay.

Smugglers Cove is not managed by an agency or call centre. When you book, you’re dealing directly with the owner—and that personal accountability matters.
